The month of Elul is a time for introspection and chesbon hanefesh ("accounting of the soul") in advance of Rosh Hashanah.
Join us on Sunday, August 25th at Panera in West Windsor for a discussion of ways to share reflections on the past year, and steps we can take to improve our routines and relationships in the days ahead. Handouts will be provided, including those linked to below.
